Byron Stinson I started with a lap band in 2005.. lost from 337 to 237.. then band failed.. got a sleeve from a dr. that did not do a good job... got back up to 289 . Dr A fixed it all in July 2013 with another sleeve and DS.. now down to 193.. Lowest I have ever been since 9th grade. Feel great. Wonderful surgeon. Good decision.. : )

I am a year and 3 months post op and have lost 100 lbs. Dr Aceves gave me my life back! I feel like I am 20 again! I laugh, skip, jump and play all the time! My only wish is that I had my surgery 10 years sooner. I am booked for my mommy makeover next month and can't wait to give him the biggest hug.

I have my Lapband removed September 19 and weighed in at 174 (I was 203 before the band). I have the sleeve done at the same time as removal. I've gone from a size 14 to a 4 and weigh 125. I've never felt better in my life! I HIGHLY recommend the sleeve and Dr Aceves. For the first time in my life I don't have negative self talk. Now I tell myself how amazing and skinny I look. If you're on the fence about the surgery, get off and do it! It will change your life
